The University of Miami AAUP-University Employee Alliance (AAUP-Alliance) is an independent coalition group at the University of Miami, committed to progressive, democratic values as we pursue our higher education mission of teaching, research, and service. We believe that the future of our institution, our local community, our nation, and our world depends on broad-based collaboration, advocacy, and activism, and our engagement is founded on principles of justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion.
